We have had the incredible opportunity to capture the Dolphins Cancer Challenge over the past few years. It’s a moving experience to witness those who have overcome cancer, those currently battling, and those carrying the fight for others. This is without a doubt the one event our team looks forward to the most. DSP provides video and photography support for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Miami Dolphins. Since the inception of the DCC they have raised more than $16 million dollars. Every dollar goes to research to find a cure. Cancer has touched us all… and we can’t think of a better cause to pour our creative energy into.

Thumbs Up! Andy Weisenborn has participated in the DCC since it’s inception. He couldn’t ride this year because his cancer had returned. When his good friend learned he was undergoing chemotherapy, he offered to pull him across the finish line.

Top: During the 2 days of the DCC riders, runners, and participants filled out cards listing who they “DCC” for. It’s very moving to see how many people have been affected by cancer.

Sadly this was the last DCC Andy Weisenborn would participate in. He passed away in August 2016. He had a huge heart and will be missed. I know we all will be thinking about him during DCC VII.
